Subscription billing cycles and pricing are arranged on a per-customer basis. All payments are processed through our payment processor, Paddle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, without refund, if we determine that a user has violated any of the obligations outlined in these terms. Termination may occur at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, charts, graphics, branding, and other materials provided through GrainStats are the exclusive property of Limit Move, LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal or internal business purposes only. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.
